Reflecting on my work while photographing on tuesday i saw as a fun and positive experience. I got to interact with the camera and lighting effects which I tried getting creative with but was actually tougher that it looked. For me personally the part that was most time consuming was choosing the poses for my models. I didn't just want to do a simple cliche smile pose even though its what I ended up doing in the end for most of my pictures. My goal for my pictures was to get a sense of emotion through my pictures. I think i was able to get some type of emotional poses for example, a confused and weirded out looking kind of face. Im hoping my pictures look good when they are developed, the whole lighting theory confused me so I was a bit nervous that my pictures would come out blurry. I also got to interact with new people which I thought was cool since i didn't know too much people in the class. Im looking forward to another shooting day since I now have a better understanding of how to use a camera and play with the lighting I feel pretty confident in myself.
